1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paw Pure website, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). Paw Pure is a brand owned, operated, and managed by Van Vet Private Limited(hereinafter referred to as "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

By accessing our Platform, creating an account, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and do not require physical or digital signatures. 

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities 

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Platform. Minors may only use the Platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and transactions that occur under your account.

  • You may not maintain more than one active account. The Company reserves the right to suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts. 

3. Products, Services, and Health Disclaimers

We offer a range of pet care products, nutritional supplements, and related services.

  • Nutritional Supplements: Our products are designed to support pet wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Veterinary Consultation: Any teleconsultation services, AI-powered health tools, or product quizzes available on the Platform provide general guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or medical advice.

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, dimensions, and ingredients accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device display, and minor variations in product dimensions may occur.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian before introducing new supplements, especially if your pet has pre-existing conditions, is pregnant, or is on medication. 

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments 

The listing of products on the Platform constitutes an "invitation to offer." Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure prepaid methods (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) via third-party PCI-DSS compliant gateways, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to specific serviceability and additional charges.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders due to pricing errors, or refuse service to anyone at any time. If an order is cancelled after payment is processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We partner with third-party logistics providers to deliver products across India.

  • Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or logistical constraints.

  • The title and risk of loss for all purchased products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the provided address.

  • You must provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations by You: Orders can generally be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns: Returns are subject to our Return Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables or supplements cannot be returned unless delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

  • Scraping, crawling, data mining, or extracting data using automated bots or software.

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any destructive code.

  • Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of the Service without express written permission.

  • Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, algorithms, and brand names—is the exclusive property of Van Vet Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal use only. 

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may utilize third-party tools (e.g., Shopify, Razorpay) and contain links to external websites. We do not monitor, control, or endorse these third-party services. Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk, and you are bound by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Communications Policy

By registering on the Platform, placing an order, or providing your contact information, you explicitly authorize Van Vet Private Limited to contact you via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls regarding your account, order updates, and promotional offers. This authorization overrides any registration on the Do Not Call (DNC) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The Platform and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Vet Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in dispute.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Van Vet Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the products purchased shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

14. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Effective date.” Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other applicable policies published on the website, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchase of our products.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, subject to applicable Indian law.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 to 30 days of receipt.
